Best Multivitamin?

I was wondering what kind of chewable/liquid multivitamin people are taking. I have tried the kids' Flintstones vitamins along with the generic Tylenol ones. Both leave a really weird aftertaste in the back of my throat. Any recommendations for a vitamin with iron that isn't too expensive? Thanks!

Shipping is like $6-$7 so I also got a few shaker cups, chicken flavored protein powder and my calcium citrate at the same time https://www.unjury.com/opurity-bypass-sleeve-optimized-chewable-new

Following. I was sleeved on 03/26 and I’ve yet to find a Bariatric multivitamin that doesn’t make me want to puke.

I tried four different vitamins and the ones I settled on were the bariatric advantage chews. They are a little spendy but they don't give me any trouble if I eat them when there is food in my stomach. I mixed the three flavors and put them in a pretty glass jar next to my sink… It somehow makes me want to take them a little better![emoji23]

I tried centrum and nature made, neither of which I liked. I finally settled on flintstone however, I have to take them with food. Be sure to try with food before you give up on any brand. I'm in the pre-op phase so I don't know if this will work after surgery.

Best of luck

I use the Opurity Sleeve and Bypass optimized. No ingredients from China, chewable, taste relatively good and are only $10 per month. Plus, I only have to take one per day . BRB with a link.

BTW- If you have trouble chewing a vitamin, try sucking on it like a hard candy.
