Remember the rest of us got through it. You can too! You are not alone.

I'm just starting my 2 week liquid diet today. I've done these before just to lose weight. Only thing I can say is don't think about food. You don't need it. When you feel like you have to eat, have some jello or a popsicle. Stay as active as possible. I'm a secretary and I tend to snack at my desk. So when I feel like eating, I'll get up and walk around. The first 3 days are the hardest. But there is a hump and you don't feel deprived after it. Just stay active! After you've made your family dinner, go for a walk or to the gym. No, you won't have much energy, but people around you will keep you going.

I'm on day 13 of 14 of my liquid diet. Surgery at 6:30 Monday morning. I've not had the hunger pain since day 9. Yes, I've been hungry. But not in pain from the hunger. How's everyone else doing?

I’m on day 6 of my liquid diet. Surgery is May 7. It’s pretty difficult in my opinion but I do know it will be worth it.
