Hunger Finally Gone

  • Popular Post

I am 6 weeks post-op and just realized that I haven't been HUNGRY for the past few days. Just a bit hungry. I am thrilled. I guess the cravings are at bay for the time being, so I don't spend any time thinking about food. YEAH! After hearing about the hunger honeymoon, I thought I had gotten a raw deal. (I realize it's head hunger, but it all feels the same from the inside) It all feels so much more do-able now.

Great news! This gives me hope as I am just over 2 weeks out. Still on full liquids but, I am experiencing real (not head) hunger. Looking forward to losing my appetite.
