Girl I am 3 weeks out and I basically chopped it up really small and it was great lol. Delicious and fresh. Not to mention the salad I bought is enough for like 4 other meals [emoji23]

I have been told that butter lettuce is easier to digest than Iceberg. I had no clue there was a difference in lettuce.

I want lettuce. I want to make taco-seasoned ground beef and then I want to stick it in a lettuce leaf and eat it. I don't need much, just one. It's at least a week away and I'm starting to loathe cheese sticks.

Many different varieties of lettuce and salad greens. The subtle flavors of each make for a fabulous salad. Beats plain old watery iceberg all hollow.I love watercress in mine when I can find some. Gives a peppery pick me up.
