  1. I haven’t seen anymore out here, I haven’t went to any of the support groups yet but I do plan to go I need someone who I can relate to going thru this
  2. I’ve lost 30lbs and it’s going super slow
  3. I’ve gotten really dehydrated! I can’t tolerate much of anything, I try to drink water, juice anything! I can only sip for the most part. Also I have a lot of pain and discomfort and it’s really aggravating! My BMI wasn’t that high either but I’ve lost 30 lbs already and I’m going slow now. I don’t get it at all [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]

  6. I’m told to try to take in at least 60 grams of protein a day
  7. Hi everyone I don’t post much, but I often read a lot of problems people are experiencing. I wanted to know if there are any local sleevers here to converse with? I had me procedure 3/26/18 and things are still new for me, I also have my ups and downs. I must say some days I regret having this procedure [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22] and some days I think everything will be back normal soon [emoji23][emoji23]....if anyone have any hard times and have overcame them please share!!!
  8. I eat slowly but I’m going to try the pouring method lol and see if that helps thanks

  11. I’m 1 week out I wish I could have a salad too [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] my paperwork says I can’t have lettuce until 46 days ughhhhh
  12. Awww thank you so much! I definitely get the gas in my stomach after drinking a few sips, I hope you get soft foods soon!!!!! Day 7 I can have them and I’m not able to tolerate them
  13. MiltonP my Dr’s nurse actually called me, she took more information the second time and she said it sounds like im severely dehydrated, I should be able to take in more liquids and tolerated my vitamins. She said she’s going to tell my surgeon but they are thinking of admitting me back into the hospital for a few days!
  14. I have contacted my dr, I also have a best friend who has had the sleeve for over a year. She told me she didn’t have pain or discomfort this amount of time either. I’ve been googling a lot of things, but it’s frustrating feeling this bad after a week. I’m suppose to be on soft foods and I can’t even tolerate drinking water without pain
  15. Thank you I have indeed contacted them I’ve been waiting for them to call me back on further instructions
  16. Hi everyone I am new to the app, I had my surgery 3/26/18. I don’t know about everyone but I have been having complications within my first week. My pain in unbearable, I can’t sleep, I can’t eat ( not even my liquids, vitamins and can barely keep down water!) has anyone else had these problems?
