I eat about 400-700 a day. Depends on the food and what I can get down. So far my weightloss pattern is a few weeks of the scale not moving and then a week where it melts off.

I eat whatever I want and only weigh it out to 4oz. But most times stop at 2-3oz because 2oz seems to be where I feel best after eating.
