Premier, injury. I’ve tried the unflavored kind of different other brands. I think most of them were “WHEY”

You said you were lactose intolerant. Some protein shakes contain lactose. Premier label says "Contains Milk" in the form of Milk Protein Concentrate, according to the ingredients list. That would qualify it as low-lactose, but not lactose free.

I have issues with the protein shakes also and I am not lactose intolerant. They just don't sit well. I have started drinking the fair life milk it has 13 grams of protein. It has helped to get my protein numbers up without have to drink the shakes.

I have recently become intolerant of whey protein, but I am not lactose intolerant. If you look for vegan protein powders, drinks, bars, then they will not contain either lactose or whey
