Caffeine is what you need to watch for.... I've read that you should avoid any caffeine in any form for at least 30 days post WLS because caffeine stimulates gastric acid secretion. Which can lead to issues with healing, increased regurgitation, reflex and indigestion. That and caffeine is a dietetic, so it works against your water intake.
