I am already taking vitamins and not planning by all means to compromise on any requirement! I heard that there is a brand called “Fusion” specific for those who did Bariatric surgeries! Is Fusion multivitamins chewable replaces all supplements needed post the gastric sleeves operation! What exactly the needed vitamins now 3 weeks post operation and long term !

My operation is scheduled on 3rd March, I am 56 ! Your story is very inspiring but one thing that is worrying me the extra skin & looking old! When did u start after the operation getting prepared for the marathon !
