Surgery January 30, 2018 not losing?

Sleeved January 30th. Ive only list 3 pounds in 2 weeks?. I’m feeling like it’s not working for me. I’m not gaining, just not losing. I was 320 2 weeks before surgery and 310 before surgery. I’m now 278. I felt great at first, but now feel bloated and hate these stalls! Anyone else feel like they aren’t losing enough? I really don’t want to be ONE who surgery didn’t work on, ugh!

OK, so sorry you're going through this. It SUCKS!!!! Now, down to brass tacks...have you pooped lately? And when I say pooped, I mean POOPED! Like pooped long, hard, considerably!!!! That's going forw

  • Also check your protein shakes. I watched a show and this girl was drinking high protein shakes, but didn't look at her caloric intake.

Don't get discouraged. Sleevers lose for 18 months. Stalls are just part of the process. Be patient, consistent and just keep following the plan. We've all been there. What you're experiencin

That's going forward, gonna be my question to every newbie post surgery who has issues with loss and bloating. Why? Um, let's just say personal experience and leave it at that! :D So how many times have you pooped in the last week alone? How big/voluminous were they?

Also check your protein shakes. I watched a show and this girl was drinking high protein shakes, but didn't look at her caloric intake.

FluffyChix, pooping is not so good. I did take some Milk of Magnesia earlier in the week, and even then didn’t feel I went enough. I just hope to get out of this slump soon. I’m so discouraged right now.

We've all been there. What you're experiencing is normal. Don't panic and don't despair. It's gonna be ok.

What's your daily food & drink menu like? How many days (including minutes) do you exercise per week?
