Caffeine withdrawals

Day one of pre-op liquid diet... well I didn’t stop caffeine completely before I started. I did cut back a lot. So today since I’ve had non I have a headache from Hell! Hopefully by day 3 or 4 it will get better.

    Ugh I totally know how you feel! Between the withdrawal from coffee, wine and sugar my head pounded hard! The good thing is it does pass! Decaf for me !
