Pleuracy 2 weeks out - - Normal?

My surgery was 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I did great and recovered nicely. This morning I could hardly move. My shoulders and upper back ache and it hurts when I breath in deeply. I do not have a cough and other than that I feel fine, able to eat, etc. I wonder if it could be from the gas everyone is always speaking of here, I really never experienced any of those pains after surgery and wonder if I am having them now? I do have a Dr appointment in the morning (not lapband dr., regular primary care Dr.), I see the lapband Dr on Tuesday.
