Typical daily menu?

Sleeved January 30th. After a stall weeks 2 & 3 I’ve finally started losing again. I’m entering the week where I can eat and wondering what a typical daily menu is like for you. I plan on continuing with the Premier protein shake at least once a day, maybe twice in order to get my protein in. Just not sure what else I should be eating.
