  10. Did your surgeon use a dietician? If so maybe use that one. My surgeon has a wonderful that works with both spectrums of weight along with diabetes. Just a thought. Good luck to you
  11. If I’m not mistaken they normally step you down to every other day and then every two days. He should be giving you guidance. I personally never restarted mine back after surgery.

  18. Hey all, I am 22 months about and was getting my work up for a tummy tuck only to find out I’m pregnant! Besides being freaked out by the fact that I’m having a baby at 42 after a gastric sleeve.... I’m surprised and getting used to the idea. My major concern is how will this progress? At 22 months out I am still eating 4 ounces three times a day averaging about 750-900 calories has anyone gotten pregnant? Any issues?

  21. I make adult lunchables turkey and cheese or ham nuts, platters (super small) with a few olives, pepperoni, hard salami, cheese and grapes, beef jerky, ready made protein shakes frozen as my ice, tuna packets with the mayo and relish in it so you can mix in your own. I also find things on Pinterest
  22. Thanks for all the input! I’m going to try some of these

  24. I am a year and 1 month out and I have horrible dry skin. Even after exfoliating it’s dry and flaky. Anyone have any suggestions? I’m also motioning twice a day. This is horrible.
  25. Really??? So that’s really a thing? I’m intrigued yet mortified. Research time!
  26. I can’t tell if this is a joke or not! ???
  27. I had coffee pre and post op during the clear liquid phase. Old school said no caffeine because of increased heart burn and dehydration. Now it depends on the doctors and nutritionist. My only restriction was it had to be black.
