Motivation

So I got sleeved in August and it’s almost 7 months since surgery and I still have not reach my 100 pound down goal and it’s really eating my soul. I know that sometimes it’s my own fault you know from eating the wrong things but other times I just don’t know what to do. I gained two pounds from having to much fun and now I’m trying to go back down again. It’s frustrating when your afraid your gonna fail. Any encouragement? Advice I been stress out for months?

I think everyone has concerns about failing and everyone gets discouraged by stalls...and everyone has the occasional slip up.

All I can say, I guess...is that you're not alone, and that every day is a choice.

If you're choosing to do your best each day, and work as hard as you can...no one can ask more of you. Not even yourself.

But make that choice:) Good luck to you.
