Valentine’s Day

Hope everyone had a good Valentine’s Day. Did anyone have candy honestly?

Went out for dinner had grilled salmon, didn’t touch potato or beans. Had 2 chocolate covered strawberries. Last Valentine’s Day I was 2 months post opp and didn’t have anything. Crazy to reflect on my journey sometimes.

Ohh and proud to say I had no candy since I chose to have the strawberries [emoji4]

It wasn't the amount of food I ate, it was the amount of food I wasted! I still lost 4 pounds while I was out there, all is well!
