I am one month and 2 days post op. I have zero regrets. I feel perfectly normal except that I get full sooner. Its a miracle. no pain no side effects. I have lost 32 pounds and am not hungry.

I completely understand. I like me and I'm fat always have been. I just don't like my health issues. Got vdg to resolve them

omg pork rinds aka pig skin is so good!No because Im still fat! But i know I dont want to lose too much, i just want to improve my health issues. no desire to be a size 6! thats just not meIm obsessed with tortilla pizza!I was thinking the same thing. I ate 2 wings and 2 and a half small celery sticks and i was stuffed! i order the hottest sauce with no problems. Thank GodMy boyfriend said 2 things to me that meant so much. Pre surgery, I mentioned i couldn't wait to get the surgery ans improve some health issues so I would feel better. He said "if it weren't for the health issues you wouldn't need the surgery because you are good exactly how you are now" and now the other day I am 3 weeks post op and he told me he is proud of me. I keep remembering that and am more determined than ever to keep making him proud.I am three weeks out and just got shooting pain under my left breast. please post if you find reason67 is not too old! You have. Lot of years ahead of you. I'm 53 and 3 weeks post op. Don't hesitate!!!!
