Testing restriction.

Hi again,

Do any of you have a suggestion of how to test the restriction? I was banded Aug 31 and now have 4cc in my VG band. At this point I really cant say I hvae restriction and I know for some there is a fine line between wide open and closed off. I can get 2 more CCs tomorrow but almost affraid to.

I guess my question is... should I test the band out by eating to the point of being full? Right now I try to control my portions and don't push it at all. My typical meal is 3-4 oz of chicken breast and 1/2 cup of green Beans. I might have a sugar free pudding 20 min later if im craving something but don't really push that size of meal. It would be nice if there were a sure fire serving of something that should be enough food to keep you satisfied.

Can you compare the way you felt while eating your first solids post op to the way you feel with the right fill level? Are they similar?

Do you FEEL like you are eating too much?

Are you still losing weight?

That's kindof what I go by.
