About them arms..chicken wings, turkey necks

i have a chicken well more like a turkey wing already has anyone had arm surgery does skin snap back. Turkey necks? Anyone get surgery, workout? Cause I feel like Im gonna lose all this weight and wear 3/4 sleeves forever even though I curently wear tanks I aint scared. But its fat arms as of now what happens when there deflated?
