do you exercise? and if you don't....DO! and if you do change up your routine! (i.e., change cardio, do weights, do circuit, etc.)

I agree with Metal.....fill time?

food right? Protein first....then veggies....avoid carbs?

Try changing the foods you're eating. I think sometimes our bodies get used to what we're having and somehow changing foods changes things.

When I was stuck I went back on the liquid diet. I thought it would be really hard and I would be starving but it wasn't at all. I lost 5 lbs in a week of doing protein shakes.
