So new, so tried!

Hello to all! I'm Miss Polly from the lovely state of Ohio. I just started my research and will probably go with Dr. Zapata in Monterrey, Mexico. Any thoughts on him and his staff, anyone?:ranger:

WELCOME TO THE SITE I HOPE YOU FIND IT AS INFORMATIVE AND INTERESTING AS I DO. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY AND KEEP POSTING.

Hi Miss Polly!

Welcome to LBT! I can't help you with the Mexico questions, but I just wanted to say hello since I'm from Ohio also. My surgery is Nov 5th at St Vincent Hospital.

Best of luck to you!

I was banded by Dr. Aceves in Mexicali Mexico on the 22nd - this past Monday. I can't say enough good about this doctor and his staff and the Hospital Almater. Dr. Aceves and his staff were top notch. Everything was exactly as they said it would be with good nurses, private room at the hospital and personable doctors to work with from the anesthesia doctor to Dr. Aceves accompanying doctor to Dr. Aceves himself. I would definitely recommend this doctor for your band surgery.

Another happy Aceves patient here---sorry I can't help with any info on Dr. Zapata.

Welcome to LBT---I am sure you will soon hear from some patients!!

Good Luck in all your research---my band was one of the very best decisions I ever made!!
