Yes! But use skim milk for the protein and make sure it is the 98% fat free!

Tomato soup is my comfort food. I've been enjoying it but am so ready for puree's now.

Watch the sugar content. Even Natural sugars. My very first time with dumping syndrome was because of tomato basil soup. Now I have to water it down ☹️ i love tomato soup
