Little pain...

I’ve got a little poking pain in my lower stomach. Like above my belly button to the right.

Anyone know what would cause it?

I have been cleaning today and kneeling on the floor cleaning it with a wash cloth

  • How far out are you? I think less cleaning is in order

  • I did the same thing about 2 weeks after surgery. Was feeling good, so I took it a step too far. Set me back a few days on recovery. Definitely take it easy for the first month until you are cleare

Yes less cleaning for sure! Try not to overdo it.

Take it easy you don’t want a hernia!

Definitely take it easy for the first month until you are cleared for more movement and lifting weights. You do NOT want a hernia or to have to go back in for repairs.
