Little pain...

I’ve got a little poking pain in my lower stomach. Like above my belly button to the right.

Anyone know what would cause it?

I have been cleaning today and kneeling on the floor cleaning it with a wash cloth

Take it easy you don’t want a hernia!

I did the same thing about 2 weeks after surgery. Was feeling good, so I took it a step too far. Set me back a few days on recovery. Definitely take it easy for the first month until you are cleared for more movement and lifting weights. You do NOT want a hernia or to have to go back in for repairs.
