Yes, my surgeon recommended these, and I also buy the knock offs, Walmart brand childrens chewable. One in the morning and one at night. They recommended not taking them both together

A mulitvitaman, calcium and d3 with magnesium and Iron +vitamin c . The 4th is a once a week nasal spray. They also come in tablets and capsules. They come from Nutrition Direct and covered by insurance
