New long eyelashes

I might be struggling with thin hair, not losing weight, foot surgery, and staying away from night time treats.......but MY EYELASHES ARE SERIOUSLY TWICE AS LONG ANd THICK!! Biotin maybe? I wish my tummy and hips looked as great as my eyes!

I wish mine did too...if my eyelashes were long and thick after WLS. I haven’t noticed any change with mine, but that’ll be a nice change to have. Enjoy yours!!

You know, I've also noticed my lashes have been longer and thicker! I've been taking a double dose of biotin every day, so I'm guessing that it, like you say.

Is it safe to take a double dose. My eyelashes might grow down to my nose, but maybe my hair will be better!

@dreamynow, I was recommended to do this, so I'm taking 10,000mcg a day, which seems to be the upper limit recommended. But it's not known to be toxic anyway, you just pee out anything your body doesn't need (it's water soluble).
