I am two days out of VSG surgery. I’m getting waves of pin that cool me and go relatively quickly. My Dr says this is normal and should subside in a few day. The pain of these spasms is intense. Anybody else experience similar pain?

Yes, I am getting the same. My surgery was at 10am 1/11. Home from the hospital this afternoon but feeling the pain like you describe. I think it is gas bubbles moving around. Happens after I sip water or broth or when I reposition myself in bed.

I know this really sucks. Let’s update in a couple of days to see how it’s go. PS my surgery was 1/11 too

Hi guys this happened to meet right after too. It was my temperature of water. Warm or like warm was the only way to get it to stop. I stopped having weird twinges after that.
