I’m three years out of surgery and have gained back 40 of the 120 I lost. Doing a 10 day reset now but any tips and advice for getting back on track?

Hello! I’ve read regain is super common, but manageable if you can identify where you might be struggling. Is it that you’re able to eat a larger amount? Perhaps tolerating a range of different foods? Over-indulgence? Lack of exercise? Some combination of all?

It’s hard once we are years out from surgery; but going back to pre-op basics and remembering what we did in the first year might help.

I believe in you! You lost that weight once before, you can do it again [emoji1377]. Wishing you all the best on your journey.
