Pre-op diet side effects??

Anyone else having side effects from the pre-op diet? I'm on it 6 days and have come out in a rash on part of my stomach. Bit odd. Wondering if it's the sudden change in food because that's the only change I've made. Anyone else experience similar??

    Nope, no rash. But I did get kinda foggy, crabby as heck, and could have eaten my own foot off I was so hungry. LOL:)

    I had a rash like that. I thought it was from my abdominal binder but have since been told it was likely a reaction to the glue from the incisions since I have really sensitive skin. I used hydrocortisone and it went away.
