  2. Hi Everyone! I have a horizontal band across my stomach that is super sensitive (ex. I touch it and it hurts). Has anyone experienced anything like this? I am about three months out from surgery and desperate to figure this out. I have to wear professional pants to work and they sit right across the spot that hurts.

  4. Hi All! Am I the only one who is confused about the lack of veggies on my post-op diet? Have you incorporated veggies back into your life? I actually find myself missing salad! Most of my diet is taken up by trying to get enough protein. Is that right?

  6. I had a rash like that. I thought it was from my abdominal binder but have since been told it was likely a reaction to the glue from the incisions since I have really sensitive skin. I used hydrocortisone and it went away.
