Only down 22lbs since surgery. Help!

Sleeved 6 weeks ago. I picked up grazing on crap. Getting back on wagon NOW. I feel like I'm failing already. Only down 22lbs since surgery. My new tummy handles food fine, I almost hate that. Need some encouragement. I can't fail! My parents paid for this! I know I can't beat this. Definitely do it when I'm bored old habit I guess. Starting gym tomorrow too. Ugh someone yell at me or slap me ?

Personally, I didn't focus on the amount of weight I lost during the first few months and only focused on my diet. I wasn't perfect, but it was easier to get back on it post op because I didn't want to throw away the advantage I'd given myself by getting surgery in the first place. I knew that if I ate correctly, the weight would come off. As more time passed, I started watching the scale a little closer and realized that the reason I continue to lose weight is because I focused so hard at the beginning. I'm at 80% of my total weight loss goal in 10 months. Don't beat yourself up about a number, or if you've slipped up around the holidays, just take it a meal at a time and you'll be successful.
