Help belly hurts 3week tomorrow

Yesterday i put on a girdle and when I took it off I noticed that the middle of my stomach was hurting where the incision is not the side just the middle dead center now if I stretch it hurts if I push to use the restroom it hurts... Has this happen to anyone?

    Internal stitches and that incision could be the one where they pulled the stomach out through....

    And could you be constipated? You might be straining a muscle. Is it sharp sudden stabbing pain or just lingering, bothersome pain? Your body needs to heal yet. My incisions bothered me for 6 weeks...
