Hi Everyone-Just had my band placed 10/17/07 & have made it through

the 1st week. Is getting easier every day. It is very encouraging to know

Welcome to the forum! I'm new here too, have been reading the entries and there is a lot of great support to be found here.

I was banded on 10/18, so I'm not quite a week out. I go to the doctor for my first post op check on 11/1 and first fill 11/15.

Where in CA are you located? I'm in Mission Viejo and the fires are terrible around here right now. It's really hot outside and the smell and smoke are just nauseating!

Good luck!!! I come here for encourgement and information... as I am not yet banded... but hoping to be be xmas. Where are you in CA? I am in Salinas (Monterey area). Please keep us posted on how you are doing!
