Centered upper abdominal pain and tenderness

Just started a few days ago. Felt overly full after eating. The feeling lasted a while then finally subsided. Saturday night it came back, but with tenderness and pain to the touch. I feel like I can't eat much and I'm constantly bloated. Any thoughts?

Don't really have much to go by but it just sounds like you're kind of overeating. Just eat til you're satisfied. Not til there's that much discomfort.

I know that I feel the same type of pain if I eat a little too much and then I get a runny nose or get sick.

If you're getting bloated, you could have a food allergy or a gluten allergy. Depends on what you're eating to make your body react that way. I'd make closer observations as far as that goes. You know your body better than I would.
