Confused

Hello to all. I am confused. I will be having surgery on the 22nd and I am having a hard time with the protein shakes. I can do the liquids but after the 2nd protein shake my stomach says no more. Any recommendations?

What type are you consuming? Is it the sweetness, or are you lactose sensitive and it has milk in it?

I drink Vega plant based shakes!

I drink the one that my doctors office recommended which is the Unjury in powder form and I use lactaid fat free milk. I just think it is too much protein.
