Mornings [emoji53]

I’m 10 days postop now, and I’m still having miserable mornings. I don’t sleep the best, but still mornings are rough. I feel pretty good by about 10/11 am, but before that I just drag. Getting my water and protein (which seems to be everyone’s go to response). Just wondering if anyone else struggles in mornings. How long does it seem to persist?

I’m over a year out now and lost all my weight plus some. Yes it was a good 6 weeks or so . I found that walking helped so much kind of weird because it’s not something you want to do feeling so wiped out. Try it though .
