    Hi there - you look great!

    I was feeling ok, but I’m day 5 now and I’ve woken up feeling sick due to to hunger. I know it’s a hunger kind of pain... or not eating enough. Did you go through this stage? Will it pass soon? Thanks.

I am not going to lie and say it gets easier, prior to last month I didn't 'get hungry' and now I get that feeling so I had to be careful before, with alarms for medication and food, and now less food alarms and more exercise alarms.
