Does anyone know how much bouillon we can drink on the pre opp liquid stage????? Rick

I was able to have as much bouillion as I could keep down prior to (and after) the surgery. I know it has a lot of salt, but if you drink the water like you should be, I wouldn't think it would be a problem.

You're VERY lucky it's helping to keep you so satisfied. I'm 4 days out from the surgery and my stomach rumbling is about to drive me crazy. I feel like I'm hungry all the time. I'm getting sick of bouillion, but I keep drinking it hoping it will help keep me full!

Becky, have you tried the Double Cheese Burger and large fry boullion... oops just me dreaming again.. Rick

I was just banded Oct 19,2007. They told me when I left the hospital that something like cup a soup is ok to use. As long as you mix powder with extra water and strain chunks ok it is still considered clear liquid. Don't know how your Drs feel but this is alot better tasting that broth.

I was told as long as you can read a newspaper through it. it was ok.. I found a great product called Better than Boullion, it tastes great!! Rick

Ok here's a new question (I should probably just start a new thread)... but I'm wondering if anyone out there is eating any 'creamy' soups. I'm off the 'clear liquids' and on to just liquids and I'm wondering if the creamy soups are allowed...

Anyone have any idea?
