I had my surgery on August 14,2017 and my weight was 235.
At my second month check up I was 200. I just begin with solid foods 2 weeks ago.My weight at my 3rd month check was 195... (no more weight lost!!!!
I am not complaining about how much I loose because my hw was 250 and now I am 195 but I need help to go out of the stall.I am eating only 30 gr of protein a day and around 36 to 40 ounces of water .
