Why am I hungry?!

Seriously, I thought the sleeve was supposed to make that go away. It's not quite the same kind of hunger as before, but it's certainly NOT head hunger. It's starting to really annoy me.

I am eating about 1000 calories a day with a minimum of 80g of protein. Breakfast is always a protein shake with 1.5 cup of 30 calorie almond milk and two different scoops of powder for a 50g protein total. The past few days that has been going right through me, not sure if I'm drinking it too quickly? Does that happen?

I'm wondering if the artificial sweeteners in jello and popsicles and even some of the protein powders are messing with me. Before the sleeve, I only used Stevia or Monk fruit sweeteners. I really cut out all the true artificial ones. I haven't had this much in many years.

No, I went to soft foods 3.5 weeks ago. It's been 6.5 weeks surgery.
