Throwing up after eating.

I am a year out and still throw up when I eat too much or too fast. I've found certain foods trigger it more than others ...anything heavy or starchy... potatoes..bread... Or milk based like the cream

I’m 26 days post op and am on soft foods right now but it seems that anytime I eat or try to reintroduce something to my body I throw up.
Two nights ago I had some mashed sweet potatoes and I got a few spoons in then started throwing up. Then today I had a cup of broccoli cheddar soup (which I’ve had recently no problem) but I’m today I immediately threw up after getting half of the cup down in about 35-40 minutes. Maybe I’m eating too fast or eating too much?
Im freaking myself out and think maybe I should go to the hospital but everyone’s told me if I was gonna have a leak I would have had it by now and the likelihood of me having a leak now is low.
