Gluten free?

I️ am trying to stay away from carbs. I️ eat them very rarely. I️ would like to know if it’s gluten free does it make it better and healthier. For example gluten free baking or bread. I️ am just wondering because I️ not to familiar with it. Just curious if it will be better eating let’s say a gluten free pancake versus a regular.

My dietician told me to be careful about gluten free processed products. Apparently they can be high in calories, fat and other bad stuff.

There is absolutely no reason to go gluten free unless you have a REAL (not make believe) gluten allergy.

A product that is gluten free COULD be healthier, it could also be complete ****.
