Back on the grind

The last couple days have been terrible. As far as my personal food choices good. I’ve had pizza, a mini cupcake just crazy. And while my stomach is fine I️ can physically feel the difference. I️ feel sick. Not nauseous but just Ill I️ can’t really explain it. Anyway I’m using this platform as an accountability tool. I️ think it took me slipping up and feeling icky to get me back on track. I️ have always been hardheaded lol [emoji38]

Good girl. You can do it. We all make mistakes here and there, it's getting back on with getting on.....

I know that feeling, had a birthday weekend and my body craved simple things after. Had 1 small piece of cake and I felt like I drank alcohol.
