I go on Monday so I certainly understand the nerves! Best of luck to you!!

I'm on optifast I'm allowed 3 shakes 1 protein bar and 1 soup. I've lost 10 pounds but with that said I think it's because it runs right through me?As long as you are following it you'll be ok!

Yes how did you make out?

@Mariel0718 how did surgery go?

Glad to hear all went well. I am going in on 12/11 and feel the same way - excited but scared. It is great to hear everyone's stories and their progress through the months. You all give me such hope. During this whole process I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease so I am hoping this weight loss will make my legs feel a lot better. Mine is all in my legs and feet. I do not have any tremors or pain/cramping in my arms or hands at all. Legs are getting weaker so this weight loss should really help.
