Just got banded

Hello Everyone!!!!

I am now one week post-op and is really happy about my band!!! I have two of the best doctors (I think) Dr. Robert and Garth Davis of Houston, Texas. Also of hit TV show Big Medicine. They are great!! I just have one question..... What can I do to get more Protein IN?

    In this stage, check with your docs, but I would think cottage cheese, yougurt, protein shakes would be helpful:)

    I am 2 days post-op (still on liquids), but I found some good protein drinks at the Vitamin Shoppe. Isopure and Lean Body both have 40g protein/serving. I figure 2 of those a day and you're there. Good luck!
