Body Size Issues

So I got sleeved in April of this year. I have lost 95 lbs, and feeling fantastic. However I still have misconceptions about my actual size. I look much much smaller than I was. I'm down to a size 14 from a 22, yet I forget I'm much smaller and sometimes get startled by my reflection or photos/videos of me. Does this happen to anyone else. I can't tell if it's an uncomfortable reaction or just an incredulous feeling.

Yep, this is normal. The weight loss is fast. It will take time for your mind to catch up. Congratulations on 95 pounds lost!
