So I got sleeved in April of this year. I have lost 95 lbs, and feeling fantastic. However I still have misconceptions about my actual size. I look much much smaller than I was. I'm down to a size 14 from a 22, yet I forget I'm much smaller and sometimes get startled by my reflection or photos/videos of me. Does this happen to anyone else. I can't tell if it's an uncomfortable reaction or just an incredulous feeling.
I made it to the 100 lbs mark, 40 pre 60 post. I'm 5 months out and for the first time have gained a few pounds back. Is this a normal thing? I have focused mostly on protein per my surgeon and nutritionist due to how my body reacted when adding in vegetables. I am curious if a 3 lbs gain is normal fluctuations at this point. Any advice would rule! Sent from my LG-H872 using BariatricPal mobile app
