Hair loss

I lost 55lbsScreenshot_20171026-001042.png since my surgery on 8/8/17. I feel great and more confident than ever but a little worried lately as I'm approaching my 3 months post op my hair is falling more than usual. I have been taking my vitamins etc. Any advice?

Yep, the six month post op hair falling out is normal. It will come back. My hair fell out and the texture changed. I tried vitamins Biotin etc... They did not work for me. I had to wait it out.

(Not plugging a products)

The only exception I found that has helped my hair texture was Hask argan oil repair shine oil vial. I use it at night from root to tip. Shampoo and condition as normal in the morning. Somedays I put a small amount in my hair in the morning.

Another that I use is nioxin level 4 shampoo for noticeably thinning hair.

Yes my hair started falling out around month 3. I didn't take any supplements because I figured it would happen regardless and I knew it would grow back. The hair loss has slowed considerably now that I am near month 9 and my hair is growing back. I was blessed with thick hair so it hasn't been noticeable to other people.

You look fabulous! Look at you!! I think it is a fair trade off to lose hair ( which will grow back ) for looking this gorgeous! Well done!

Try 20,000 biotin a day. I also used minoxidil on my scalp and washed my hair with Nioxin shampoo. I think the biotin helped the most but it takes a while.
