October 23rd Sleevers!

Hey there,

Tomorrow I finally get my sleeve. I can't believe how slow the time has gone. The last 6 months DRAGGED. Now this last week everything feels like its going so fast! I haven't even packed. I'm scheduled to be at the hospital at 10 AM. Looking forward to getting to the other side. :)

Who else is getting surgery tomorrow?

Tasha

Hi Tasha! Mine is tomorrow as well! I have to be there by 7:15am. How is your clear liquid diet going?

  • Good Morning, Best wishes on your surgery today. My surgery is Wednesday the 25th of October. I completed my one week 1,200 calorie food intake and now I’m working on my two day liquid only intake.

I also had my surgery on the 23rd. The night and early morning were rough. In and out of sleeping, back pain from bed. Being poked with needles for tests, being made to walk and drink. I wish I had a bigger heads up. I'm going better now, pain is under control. But not my hunger! I'm so hungry! Walking good. But not cleared to go home yet sadly. One more night here.
