"REAL LIFE ISSUE"

35 lbs to loss in order to reach my goal. I had the sleeve surgery May 8, 2016 after 6 or 7 months I stop losing weight - I walking about 4 to 5 miles most days. After having my weight loss surgery - I guess I was one of the blessed ones nothing ever made me sick (food, dairy products & etc) nothing. I still have a sweet tooth and I love chips, not a bread eater. I have all the different things you can do with cauliflower & spaghetti squash. Is there anyone out there that can help or give some advice on this "REAL LIFE ISSUE"

It's all about calories in and out. Knock your calories back down to 1000/day and see if that helps.

(When you cut out processed foods it helps you get more food per calorie).
