I use Premier Protein drinks they taste really good they have 30 grams of protein and only four carbs and less than 1 gram of sugar I buy them at Costco they're $25 for a box of 12 but you can also order them through boxed.com they also have them at Walmart but they only have them in the four pack

+1 to Costco's Banana flavored PP lots of protein and just 160 calories

I just can't tolerate the taste of Premier

I drink body fortress from CVS it has 30 grams of Protein per serving. You can also call body builder.com and talk with their people they will help you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable and a great resource

I also use an unflavored podwer and put it in soup, broth, etc
